All rights, title and interest in the Contents are owned by, licensed to or controlled by Elios Consultancy Pte Ltd
In this Terms & Conditions of Use, "We", "Our" and "Us" refers to both Elios Consultancy Pte Ltd and relevant Third Party Vendors we work with and "You" and "Your" is defined to any person who accesses and uses SHINE. "Communications" means any communication including but not limited to communications by email between Us and Our users. "Contribution" means the contributions of the users to SHINE including but not limited to the text and/or images in the blog posts or elsewhere in SHINE.
We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions of Use from time to time without prior notice. All changes will be posted on this page, and Your use of SHINE after such changes will constitute Your agreement to the modified Terms & Conditions of Use and all of the changes. To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, We provide SHINE and service on an "as is" and "as available" basis and grants no warranties of any kind, either express, implied, statutory or otherwise with respect to SHINE (including all Content contained therein) including (without limitation) any implied warranties of satisfactory quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, expectations of privacy, or non-infringement. We do not promise that We will always update SHINE so it is relevant to You and/or works with the iOS/Android version that You have installed on Your device. We may also wish to stop providing SHINE, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to You. Unless We tell You otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to You in these terms will end; (b) You must stop using SHINE, and (if needed) delete it from Your device.
